Senior Data Analyst (Bilingual) (Full-time)

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary: Are you a bilingual data analyst who speaks Chinese and is passionate about using data to drive business decisions? JTM Digital is hiring a Data Analyst (Bilingual) to join our team in Rockville, Maryland! As a professional digital marketing agency, we work with clients across the United States, bringing innovative and effective digital marketing solutions to the table. ‍Job Duties:
‍●  Managing data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for analysis
‍●  Presenting data findings and data-driven recommendations to clients and stakeholders, both orally and in written reports, in both Chinese and English
‍●  Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and visualizations to provide insights on key performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement rate, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and conveying the results of data analysis using programming software (Such as Python, R, SQL)
‍●  Leading and mentoring a team of one or two junior marketing data analysts in performing data analysis and reporting tasks related to digital marketing campaigns
‍●  Conducting A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend optimizations
‍●  Identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues and proposing solutions to improve data accuracy and completeness
‍●  Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and IT, to identify business objectives and develop data-driven solutions to achieve them
‍●  Identifying solutions to business problems for marketing decisions using the results of data analysis
‍●  Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms in data analytics and digital marketing and recommending strategies for their adoption.

‍Requirements:
●  Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
●  Fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
●  Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and tools
●  Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
●  Experience with data collection and management tools such as Google Analytics and BigQuery
●  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
●  Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

‍Preferred Skills:
‍●  Experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a strong understanding of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
●  Experience in machine learning and AI algorithms

‍●  Monday to Friday
         ○  Full-time position: 40 hours
●  Hybrid: at least 3 days a week in the office (Rockville, Maryland)
